Yes, our ordering system is completely secure.

In case of a payment failure, please retry and ensure information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) & that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can write to us on Support@trinitypro.in (Support@trinitypro.in)with your order number for any clarification.

As of now, there is no EMI facility.

You will receive an email with the tracking number of the shipment.

We don’t accept changes in the order once they are placed. However If changes are communicated within 24 hours, we might be able to make the change in the order or the address of delivery. These changes are at our sole discretion.
