Delivery Information

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Free Ground Shipping: We offer Standard Free Ground Shipping on orders pricing ₹4999 & above.

  2. Free Shipping is not applicable to high volumetric (oversized) products like certain drum kits, PA-systems etc.

  3. Standard Ground: Will receive the product within 5 to 10 days of order placement

Delivery exceptions are on public holidays, local holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy

Trinity Enterprises is the owner of TrinityPro brand and is committed to customer satisfaction. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind when making a purchase from our online store. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. RETURN PROCESS

  1. You have 5 days to initiate return request for the product from the date you received it/date of delivery.

  2. Contact us filling CONTACT US Form to obtain a return authorization. You must have a return authorization in order to return items.

  3. Once authorization is obtained, the product must be dispatched within 1 day.  

  4. After the package is received back at our facility, it will be checked for any damage.

  5. The refunded amount will be transferred, as per banking and payment gateway norms, within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned shipment.

 

 RETURN POLICY

  1. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition and should have no signs of wear or use including but not limited to belt buckle, pick scratches, dings or scrapes, scuffs on the instrument or collateral materials. Items must include all original packaging, manuals, warrantees and accessories.

  2. If returned items are not in original brand new condition, 15% of damaged fee would be deducted from the refund amount: Wear and tear with minor scratches and dents, damage to the original manufacturing box and accessories, missing items like owner’s manual, missing serial number or barcode.

  3. For Items with excessive wear or damage, missing accessories, connector cable refund is not processed.

  4. If the product is in original brand new condition with original packaging and with all the accessories that comes along the product, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges.

  5. Refund will usually take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your account.

  6. Amount will be refunded by your original method of payment.

NOT RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Earphones, in-ear monitor, Flutes, harmonicas, saxophones ,cleaning products, all the items that involve use of mouth and ears.

  • Drum heads and Acoustic drum kits are non returnable unless there is malfunction.

  • Opened software products.

  • All products with manufacturer seal. Once the seal is opened it cannot be assigned to another user, and hence cannot accept the return unless there is a case of product malfunction.

  • Audio Interfaces, Midi Keyboards or any other product that entails registration in order to be used. Once registered, the product cannot be reassigned to another user, and cannot accept the return.

  • Products damaged due to the use of an inappropriate power supply or products that were damaged due to voltage stability issues will not be accepted as returns. Across India, and even in the four core metro areas, a high-quality voltage stabiliser and spike protector are necessary to protect electronic gear.

 

Return Shipping

Products received with physical damage must be reported within 2 days of the delivery date along with unboxing video

Unless you have received a damaged or defective product or a product different than the one you have ordered, you are responsible for shipping the product back to our facility

 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order that you have recently placed, you can do so if the shipment has not left our facility. You will receive a full refund within 10 business days.

Orders can be cancelled if the order status is still ‘Payment Accepted’. The buyer will receive a full refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled if the status has been changed to ‘Shipped’,

 

If the customer wants to cancel the order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations made post the given time would attract a 3% cancellation fee plus return shipping charges
